Alice and the Pirates and Baby the Stars Shine Bright are having a “sparkling sale” at Shinjuku, Tokyo stores.

Dresses and other items are 30%-50% off. I can’t remember all of the items that have been reduced, but pictured above are samples of some of the reduced dresses.

As an example, Melty Nightmare Chocolate is usually 26,784 yen and is reduced to 13,394 yen! This is a limited price during the sale only. They tend to go back up after the sale period is over, so if you want something you should hurry.

If you’d like anything from the store or just to inquire about prices, please contact me tokyopiratespost@gmail.com

I thought you all might enjoy some pictures of a place I visited recently. This is a resort in Sagamiko. Every year they decorate the entire place in hundreds and thousands of lights for their Sagamiko Illumillion event.

Each year has a different theme. This year the theme was “Britain”, which meant a few British-style displays (hence the red bus), and lots of Union Jacks dotted around. It takes around 2 hours to walk around the entire place and is utterly breathtaking.

I’m not sure what the theme is, but I’m going to go with “It’s playtime”. Awesome display.
